After reviewing the Logistic market the Zoelink professional team had a conference in 2019 and a few of us realized that nobody in India is addressing the problem of delayed shipments when it comes to smaller size cargos. Every cargo handler and transporter wanted to get the largest and biggest consignments, without paying any serious attention to the smaller segment in the existing market.

Since there are so many big leaders in this field with limited services, we decided to come up with some unique service which can cater to all types of requirements of the customers, and also unexplored territory in this field. We decided to design and provide an effective solution to the businesses that were looking for faster cargo moving solutions for part Loads consignments. Usually, they rely on the existing cargo operators, who waited for several smaller loads to be combined into a one single larger load. It caused days of delays to a number of smaller critical consignments relating to various industries like Pharma, Medical, Automotive and Perishable Foods.

We started Zoelinks Logistics to provide tailor made solutions for part loads, and enabling fastest cargo transport solution by capitalizing on already existing, highly effective, Indian Railways Network.

In the process we have learned that Indian Railway parcel services are not being utilized on maximum capacity, it was also a major concern to the Indian Railway. Our observation came to the conclusion and found that we can take this service professionally to the customers DOOR TO DOOR, which will reduce the transit time to 24 to 48 hours for PART LOADS.

We met with Indian railway higher officials with our proposal and secured the support from Indian Railway parcel service and now we are a well-known company in Indian Parcel services.
